Vacancy decontrol
Upon tenant vacancy, the landlord may increase the base rent by 15%, limited to once per five-year period; this waives the landlord's right to CPI and tax pass-through increases that same year unless their combined value would exceed 15%.
Registration
Park operators must file quarterly occupancy affidavits and pay $2 weekly per occupied space; license application fees range from $100–$250 depending on park size.
Surcharges
Pass-through increases for real estate taxes, licenses, fees, utilities, capital improvements, or hardship may be approved by the Board.
Penalties
Violations carry a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days.
