The township partners with LEW Environmental for lead-safe inspections: it sends postcards to landlords, and LEW sends the certificates and municipal/state fees to the township on the owner's behalf. LEW says owners can use other firms but must then pay those fees separately. No lead page found on the township website. The phone and address are for the Bureau of Housing (Dept. of Planning & Development, One Main St; main line 732-602-6009), taken from the rental inspection form.
