No Edison webpage or codified ordinance for a lead-safe rental inspection program was found. Checked ecode360 Chapters 12, 14, 15 and 17 (2026-03-25 code version); none has a lead-based-paint rental article. The Health Dept. page mentions rental re-occupancy inspections and lead-paint inspections of child care centers but does not address the state lead-safe rental law.
