The township partnered with LEW Environmental Services and tells landlords to contact LEW (the phone number is LEW's, not a township office). The township page said certain rentals needed a visual inspection by July 22, 2025. The page did not give fees or say whether owners can use their own contractor.
Statewide 3-year certification rule applies here too
